Matthew Owen Kavanagh

BiographyMatthew Owen Kavanagh was a prominent businessman and public official. He was chairman of Walloon Shire Council until 1911, chairman of Lowood Shire Council 1912 to 1913 and an Esk Shire councillor from 1917 to 1921.
